What kind of business is NSIP built for?

NCT targets these industries:

  • Electrical and electronics
  • Semiconductor
  • Smart logistics
  • Industry 4.0
  • Phase 1 buyers so far: technology, manufacturing, automotive, hospitality and ESG-related firms, and SMEs (NCT, September 2026).
  • Phase 1 titles say light industry on some lots and medium industry on others; match it to your process and licence with our guide to light, medium and heavy industry on a title.
  • Phase 2 offers larger plots for high-technology, logistics and manufacturing firms.

How do you get to NSIP from KLIA and Port Klang?

It is close to KLIA and further from Port Klang.

  • ELITE
  • KLIA Expressway
  • MEX
  • SKVE
  • Klang–Banting road
  • KESAS
  • Federal Highway
  • Flying goods through KLIA, or serving the south of the Klang Valley: the location is the draw. Trucking containers to Port Klang every day: the 50 km run is a real cost.
  • The Jalan Langat Lestari road works were finished ahead of schedule in September 2026.
  • In 2024 the Menteri Besar told the Public Works Department to speed up a road linking the park to KLIA; we found no public update since.
  • A third Port Klang terminal is planned at Carey Island; in September 2026 the Menteri Besar hoped for an announcement that year.
