A desk that only does industrial

Industrial Property Malaysia is run by Chris Lee and exists for one kind of property: factories, warehouses and the land they stand on.

Chris Lee

Chris has worked in Malaysian real estate since 2011, across residential, investment and commercial property.

Industrial property needs a different approach. Buyers ask about amps and eave height, not finishes and views, and a single deal often involves an owner, a buyer's agent and the company that will actually occupy the building. Industrial Property Malaysia was set up for that: a separate desk where owners' space and agents' requirements are matched in the open.

It runs apart from Chris's residential and investment work, so everyone who arrives here is dealing with a service that thinks about factories and warehouses all day.

How the desk stays credible

A matching desk is only as good as its information. Three rules apply to everything on this site.

Photographs are taken at the property

Listing photographs are resized and compressed, never retouched in ways that change what the building looks like. Anything illustrative is labelled as such.

Specifications come from documents, not estimates

Areas, power and tenure are taken from titles, plans and bills. Where something has not been confirmed, we say so rather than fill in a number.

Stale information comes down

Requests are reconfirmed every 14 days and listings are removed the day they are sold, let or withdrawn. An out-of-date board is worse than no board.

Clients stay confidential

No buyer, tenant or agent is named on the request board. Introductions happen only when both sides have agreed to one.
