Eco Business Park V (EBP V, also written EBP 5) is a leasehold industrial park in Puncak Alam, Kuala Selangor district, Selangor, developed by Paragon Pinnacle Sdn Bhd, wholly owned by Eco World Development Group Berhad (EcoWorld). Launched in 2017 and given as 769 acres by EcoWorld, it has sold factories, small warehouses and land lots of 1 to 20 acres and more. In October 2026 EcoWorld's page marked four of five gates sold out.

Published starting prices have run from RM1.88 million for a 2017 cluster factory (The Edge) to RM5.64 million for a 7,500 sq ft South Gate semi-detached factory in 2024 (EcoWorld); The Rubix Space started at RM3.34 million. EcoWorld puts Eco Business Park V 35 km from Port Klang, 27 km from Subang airport, 67 km from KLIA and 44 km from Kuala Lumpur. The Eco Grandeur Interchange on the LATAR Expressway, opened in November 2025, gives the park direct access through Exit 2502, Bernama reported. No drive times are published, so test the route at your lorries' hours.

Pearl Computing, a Google affiliate, agreed to buy 58.187 acres in 2025 (The Edge).
